The street is named in the British way where the High Street is the main shopping street of a suburb. In this case, you need to go to the suburb of Northcote.

I've only been to four of the coolest streets, so clearly I'm doing something wrong! And I think you included that link mostly because Melbourne was number one!
As for Angkor Wat with 10,000 people. No thank you. Very happy I got to watch it with just a few hundred last year.
